- Development of 3D wire-frame CAD models for various styles of roller coaster track and columns following design geometry including layout for cross-ties, column connections, field splices, lugs, brackets and other items.
- Development of accurate 3D wire-frame CAD models for different types of bridges in the final and camber geometry.
- Generation of accurate plate development for CNC burning for bridge and roller coaster structures.
- Bending/forming drawings for fabricating box backbone cross-sections following compound curvature.
- Bending diagrams for roller coaster pipe rails and pipe backbone with compound curvature.
- Blocking diagrams and coordinates required during fabrication and trial assembly of bridge girders as well as roller coaster tracks.
Construction Engineering:
- Staged construction analyses of complex structures such as telescope enclosures and bridges.
